We had a blast on our little get away. The kids were great on the Long drive, and we had fun at Disneyland and in SanDiego. We stayed in a cute little beach house on Mission Beach. It was great, and I think the boys had more fun at the beach then at Disney or Sea World. Figures :) Disneyland was fun, but Ryder wasn't sure about all the rides. Pirates freaked him out. Peter Pan scared him to death.. and after those he wouldn't even try any others. Oh well. We still had fun. Sea World was fun too, but I will admit - I was a nervous wreck watching the Shamu show. The beach was great, the boys had a blast building sand castles and looking for sea shells. Madden just wanted to eat the sea weed. We ate at alot of fun places, including my new fav In and out. I think I could eat there everyday. Of course I feel as unhealthy as ever. We decided to drive all the way home (12+ hours). It was a little crazy. But we made it. Fun Trip :)

WOW - your brave to drive that trip. We barely make a 15 minute trip without tantrums! Looks like you had fun!!

Looks like tons of fun Jess! That is great that you were able to stay at a little beach house :) Your braver than I am - a 12 hr. drive? The longest we've done is about 2 hrs. - but I bet it was all worth it!
So fun!! can't wait to see more picts in the boomerang! :)
